Unfortunately, custom and personalized orders cannot be returned.
Since all products are handcrafted, actual product color can vary slightly depending on your monitor and browser. Although we carefully select our wood, slight wood imperfections may occur. Refunds are not honored on slight color variations or slight wood imperfections.
Return shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser.
If item is to be returned, we must RECEIVE your returned item within 25 days from purchase date.
Refunds will be issued once we have received the merchandise.
We recommend you pack your shipments well as products damaged from inadequate packaging is non-refundable.
